Mind
Your Mind is what gives context to reality. Through experience, skills, and critical thinking, we are able to understand the world around us.
Understanding your mind gives you access to change habits and actively learn. The ability to internalize and act on lessons learned is invaluable. Having this level of control over your own mind is a lofty goal, but still we should strive for it.
Mind based events will seek to impart skills that will benefit you interpersonally, professionally, and internally. Seasoned guest speakers will offer their experiences. While peer mentors will provide personalized counseling.

Body
Your body is how you interact with the world. It is a vehicle that allows you to enact your will, express yourself, and chase your passions.
The state of your body, hormonally and physically, has ripple effects throughout the way you live your life and even think about your life. When your body limits you, you can submit to those limits, or overcome them. With enough dedication, an amputee can exhibit great feats of strength, and a deaf person can learn to sing.
Committing yourself to improve you body is no easy task. Anxieties in the gym, insecurities with your own capabilities, and confusion with where to start, are completely understandable. 3CC events will seek ways to help participants overcome these obstacles.
At Body focused meetings we will provide education on nutrition, exercise, and overall physiological health. While also offering opportunities to enjoy alternative forms of exercise and new hobbies. With your body fit and able, you will be free to chase your passions. Join a regular Body meeting to take the first step and get in touch with your body.

Soul
Your Soul influences the way you feel and what you believe about the world. A sound soul, dwells within a sound mind, and a sound body.
The soul is an ethereal and hard to pin down aspect of self. We hope to help our participants find the outlines and make it more material within their life.
We will be focused on challenging and reinforcing our participants values and philosophies. Finding the frame of mind that best suites each individual.
Soul events will offer mental health based techniques to tackle day to day stressors, workshops to refine ideologies, and community building exercises.
We hope to create a space where every participant is able to be vulnerable and rely on each other, through all aspects of life.
