Security Forces Veteran, Wyatt came out of the military and almost immediately missed the community he left behind. Luckily, he made great friends in Tyler and Joe that were seeking a similar thing and had similar drives. A desire to constantly improve their Mind, Body, and Soul for themselves, and those around them. Together they created the Third Community Collective.

Wyatt is currently focused on cementing the Treasure Valley’s title of safest place to live through Honey Badger Defense. Providing his experiences and training to improve the communities security awareness, while encouraging people to rely on and connect with their neighbors.

Jose Arias “Joe”

A proud family with deep roots in Costa Rica moved to the US to settle down new roots. Former pilot, snake shop owner, national sales manager, Joe has seen the vibrancy of life and wants everyone to experience it. He has big hopes and dreams for everyone in his life. When you can’t find the energy for yourself, he’ll find it for you.

Joe has turned his eye to developing his family and local community. Hoping to bring everyone up with him. You can find him at Weathertight Roofing where he is helping solidify and expand on the success they have experienced over the years.

Tyler Proctor

3CC Secretary | MGC Business Development Manager

Colorado transplant that should have been born in Boise, rabid Boise State fan and alum. Going to BSU may have been the best and only decision he could have made. Tyler is passionate and driven on a level that can intimidate even a seasoned Security Forces veteran. He embodies our mantra of Expect More, more out of yourself, your community, and life.

Tyler is currently working with MGC Facility Services to make them the biggest name in janitorial and maintenance, whether they like it or not. A solutions man through and through he will work alongside you to workshop a solution, “where there is a will, there is a way”.
